The final event of the Phantom Class Association Eastern Series was set for the beautiful Suffolk Broads at the Waveney & Oulton Broad Yacht Club (W&OBYC) on Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th October 2025.

The RS200 fleet came to Chew Valley Lake Sailing Club for the traditional ending to the South West Ugly Tour on the final Saturday in October. A bright sunny day with a chilly breeze greeted 15 teams from across the west country joining the 7 local boats.

Sailors from the 71 teams at the J/70 World Championship were giddy on Wednesday after two races in wet and wild conditions on the Río de la Plata.

The Finals ended with fourteen valid races, organized by Fraglia Vela Riva together with the International 29er Class Association. 150 teams from 19 countries took part in the event on Lake Garda.

TRANSAT CAFÉ L’OR Class 40 in Galicia, Multi Fifty leaders slowed at the Canaries, IMOCAs tussling and ULTIM charge slowing again.

The 2025 Optimist Asian & Oceanian Championship continued yesterday under ideal weather conditions and steady winds that enabled sailors to complete their qualifying races across all fleets.

The Class40 fleet on the TRANSAT CAFÉ L’OR are filing into La Coruña, led this morning by Corentin Douguet and Axel Tréhin (SNSM, Faites un don) at a little after 0800hrs UTC.

For those that don’t know, the Joysways Dragon boats, the DF65 and DF95 were introduced in the middle to end of the last decade and have transformed radio sailing.

The Yacht Club Costa Smeralda has officially opened registrations for the Sardinia Cup 2026, taking place from 31 May to 7 June 2026.
