American Magic Quantum Racing have given themselves what appears to be a relatively straightforward task as they now go into the final day of the Puerto Portals 52 SUPER SERIES Sailing Week with a margin of 18 points with two races still to sail.

Llyn Brenig is the highest sailing club in Wales and is a large reservoir of approximately 370 hectares, and an altitude of just over 380m, with the dam facing south westerly prevailing winds. Usually a good place for a sail!

Our club supports a wealth of different sailing activities, but it is all too rare that we all join together as a club. The Regatta on Saturday 16th August was a delightful exception, where over 30 boats sailed together.

Following on from the club’s Junior Disco on Wednesday 20 August, nineteen juniors took part in Overy Staithe SC’s Wilson Stephens Trophy on Thursday 21 August. The trophy is for those under 17 and it was great to see such a large fleet out on the water.
