Some of the most promising young sailors in the world will gather in Middelfart this June when the Youth Match Racing Worlds 2026 – powered by Bunker One takes place from 21-25 June in the waters of the Little Belt.

The Cramond Boat Club Summer Dinghy Regatta, incorporating the Scottish Open Wanderer Championship, took place on the weekend of 13th – 14th June.

Barton’s Point saw 12 members at the penultimate Spring Series regatta with 13 races in light and variable winds, with Ralph Wilkinson running the show and Rob Owens juggling the marker buoys.

The latest round of the Sanders Sails sponsored travellers events took place at Up River Yacht Club on the River Crouch in Essex over the weekend of 13 and 14 June.

It was a day of two halves for Emirates GBR on Race Day 1 of the Canada Sail Grand Prix as “wacky conditions” played havoc in Halifax. After a review of the weather forecast, SailGP opted for split fleet racing with the 13 teams split between two groups.

All the signs were for a blast and the Race Committee split the fleet, put on the 24 Metre Wing and the heavy weather boards and rudders. As it turned-out most of the racing was non-foiling, even with the crew reduced to four, and one race was abandoned and rerun to get just two races…
