The unstoppable momentum of the OK Dinghy class continues into 2026 with the second largest OK Dinghy World Championship of all time set to get under way at Skovshoved, Denmark next week. It has attracted an impressive 207 entries from 14 nations.

Departing at 2:00 PM on Sunday from the Caen-Ouistreham bay, the 22 Class40s of the 17th edition of the CIC NORMANDY CHANNEL RACE headed towards the Saint-Marcouf Islands at the foot of the Cotentin Peninsula, the first waypoint.

The club held the race for the Queen’s Jubilee Jug on the evening tide on Saturday. Camilla Warner and Simon Wilson-Stephens were the race officers and set a course from the sea wall, out to the lagoon and back making the best of the evening breeze.

Emirates GBR narrowly missed out on a win at the Mubadala New York Sail Grand Prix after the closest of battles with Australia’s BONDS Flying Roos in the event final.

The NorthStar SailGP Team delivered an impressive performance at the Mubadala New York Sail Grand Prix, overcoming a disrupted opening day to secure a spot in the event’s grand final and third place overall.

The Bonds Flying Roos have claimed a third consecutive SailGP event victory, in a final that went down to the wire. The dramatic, come-from-behind win capped a remarkable day for the Australians who swapped a broken rudder before the start of Race 1.

Once again there was a major collision involving three boats, taking them all out of the race, but fortunately, but, fortunately and surprisingly, the event organisers did not report any injuries.

Event 8 of East Kent’s DF95 spring series saw a B rig masterclass from Adrian Tomlinson, winning all but 4 of the 15 races.

In front of a large crowd gathered along the seawall, the 36 sailors set off from Pornichet for the final leg of the 2026 La Solitaire du Figaro Paprec. At exactly 7:00 p.m., the start was given in ideal conditions.
