With just one month to go until the start of the Giorgio Armani Superyacht Regatta, an impressive fleet has signed up to kick off the big-boat racing season in the Mediterranean.

Saturday delivered a brilliant day for the club’s ILCA fleet, with four races giving everyone plenty to get stuck into. Numbers were lower than usual this year, but the racing was still close, competitive and good-spirited across all ILCA rigs.

The RORC Cowes Offshore Series brings together a season of accessible, high quality RORC racing from the Solent, giving crews the chance to build experience, test themselves offshore and take on some of the most rewarding races in the RORC calendar.

The offshore race of the 22nd Sandberg PalmaVela comes to an end this Monday with victories for Tilakkhana II in IRC, Intrigue in ORC 0, Caro in ORC 1, Kine in ORC 2-3, Hydra-HM Hospitales in ORC A2 and Ginjol in Mini 6.50.
