This year’s Swallow National Championship was kindly hosted by Sea View Yacht Club, in rather more benign forecast conditions than the same event last year.

The 2026 K1 Euro Cup, hosted by the Yacht Club Gravedona, Italy from 22nd to 26th June, delivered an unforgettable experience on the spectacular waters of Lake Como.

Racing finally returned to the 2026 iQFOiL Youth & Junior Worlds today after a weather-affected second day, with sailors once again taking to the waters off Club de Vela La Ballena Alegre under brilliant sunshine and intense summer temperatures.

The brisk Meltemi which yesterday propelled the fleet off to a fast start has continued to persist into the second day of this 6th edition of the AEGEAN 600 organized by the Hellenic Offshore Racing Club (HORC) and Olympic Marine.

A lovely sunny warm day greeted the 23 ILCA sailors on Saturday the 4th July 2026. The wind forecast was the same as it has been recently which left a few sailors sitting at home thinking it was too windy and a few sailors changing down to smaller rigs.

Good sailors have to understand wind patterns and shifts but sometimes the essential source of their boat’s power is so capricious that it can foil the best of them.

A record-setting fleet of 52 International Six Metre class yachts will compete on Switzerland’s Lake Geneva later this month at the 2026 European Championships, hosted by the Société Nautique de Genève.

The 2026 49er, 49erFX and Nacra 17 European Championship is officially underway. The event opened this evening with the Opening Ceremony at 6:00 PM in the boat park, where sailors, race officials and the entire organizing committee came together.
